1) Shipping Timelines.

We ship via USPS first class mail or UPS Ground within the US, and USPS Air Mail outside of the US. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery within the US and 6-8 weeks for delivery outside the US due to COVID-19. Please note that delivery to some countries can take longer due to Customs and other factors – especially India, which can take 30 days or more. Registered mail is additional, so if you wish your shipment to be registered please contact us at customerservice@blackbeardformen.com.

 

2) Return/Refund/Exchange Policy.

If you are for any reason dissatisfied with your order, we will refund 100% of your purchase price (including shipping.) You must contact us within 30 days of the date of your order to request a refund. Please return the unused portion to:

Please include a note with your name and address, email, and order number. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund.

For exchanges, we are happy to exchange your purchase for another color at no charge within 30 days of your purchase whether it’s opened or not. Return it to the above address with a note asking for an exchange, your name and address, email and order number. Please specify what color of Blackbeard for Men you would like to exchange it for.

 

3) Privacy Policy.

Blackbeard for Men cares about your privacy. We will never use your name, email or photo without your permission. We will never sell any of your information to any third party for any reason. If you are on our mailing list, the only thing we will ever send you are occasional notices of sales or our newsletter.

Blackbeard for Men shipments are plainly packaged and do not have the product name on the envelopes. The return address says “BBFM” and you’ll see our jolly roger (skull & crossbones pirate flag) on the packaging.

Unfortunately, for shipments outside the US, we must complete a customs form that identifies the package contents. We generally label the product as “beard color sticks.” We apologize but there is no way around this.
